BROWNIE SANTA HATS

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease or spray bottom of 8"x 8" baking pan. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl; stir until moist. Spread batter in baking pan, filling corners. Bake 25-28 minutes. When brownies are cooled, ice with a thin layer of chocolate icing then decorate with butter cream icing and strawberries.
